Abstract: The authors suggest a methodological approach to establishing a logistic system of tool management in industrial enterprises using a target program method. The definition of a logistic system of tool management in industrial enterprises according to the essence of this phenomenon is proposed. Based on the principles formulated by the authors, there is developed a conceptual model of establishing a logistic system of tool management that takes into account the peculiarities of the relationship between the participants of tool supply. The article provides the classification of functional tasks that represents the basis for generating material, financial and informational flows of the logistic system.
